CODITIONS

RESERVATION GUARANTEED:
You must complete a contract to confirm your reservation. All reservations must be secured with a valid major credit card as described in the options payment.

DEPOSIT:
A half deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is not refundable or transferable.
The remaining balance MUST BE PAID 7 days prior to arrival.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
Time: Entry 3 p.m.
It is extremely imperative that you provide us with the arrival time of your flight, the
flight departure, airline and flight number to make your pick-up smooth.

DEPARTURE PROCEDURE:
Time: 10 a.m.
Once your check-out time has been completed, our staff will not be available To help you.
Your personal items must be packed and cleaned from the room so our staff can begin
cleaning and preparing for the next Guest. (Please make sure you have all your needs
done before check-in time exit). We will be happy to accommodate you in the house until
departure time scheduled for your flight.

EARLY DEPARTURE:
For early departure there will be NO REFUND for the remaining dates. The payments are
not They are not refundable or transferable.
Important notice: We understand doctors’ schedules. If your surgery date is changes for
any reason, you will not lose your deposit. We ask you to let us know at least a week in
advance to make appropriate arrangements and avoid any problem.

MASSAGES

For your convenience, RECOVERINN HOUSE can provide lymphatic massages in the home with a licensed massage therapist whose methods are unique and effective. This reduces the risk of swelling and fluid accumulation.
Miami VIP Recovery Suites strongly urges you NOT to purchase massages additional in the surgery center. Rather, we recommend that you purchase a package that includes internal lymphatic massages. Please note that we only provide transportation to/from the surgery center for your preoperative appointment, the day of surgeryand your postoperative appointments.
Duration: Massages and from 45 minutes to 1 hour
Hours: Therapists will be available 7 days a week, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
